سياسة الارجاع والاستبدال

  • The exchange request can be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • The request is submitted by calling the customer service number or through the social networks on the page
  • The piece can be returned if the mistake is from our side or not the required piece
  • The part can be replaced if it has a factory defect or is not within the agreed specifications
  • The piece can be replaced if it does not fit the house and the transportation costs are on the customer  
  • The customer must deliver the replaced or returned part within a period of 24 hours and the piece must be delivered in the same condition as delivery
  • The piece can be exchanged for another piece with the same value or the highest price with the payment of the price difference
  • If the replaced piece is the lowest price, the price difference remains in the customer's account and the remaining amount will not be refunded
  • The company has the right to refuse to exchange in the event of any violation of the return and exchange conditions
